My husband, who has been painting for 40 years, used Sherwin Williams paint to paint the ceiling of a business. Upon returning from lunch it looked like it was snowing from the paint falling from the ceiling. A rep came to investigate the next morning and had no explanation as to what could have made that happen. He suggested he use a "better" grade of paint, but declined to refund for the paint that fell off the ceiling. The only allowance made was to give him the "better" paint at the lesser price. He didn't ask for compensation to repay the money spent to pay workers to paint the ceiling. I feel like the least they could do would be to replace the bad paint.
