I would give 0 stars if that was an option. First, he did my wife and sister in law wrong. They came to him to get the roof fixed and replaced as well as installing gutters. They also did remodeling in the bathrooms and kitchen and painted the exterior. First of all, they nickel and dime you. Second of all, they do not guarantee their work. The roof was replaced nor even 6 months ago and the gutters already fell down (see pictures). Now, onto my house. I asked them specifically to do two coats of paint on the exterior. I still believe only one coat was done because I see various parts where the old paint is still showing through. Second, I asked them to replace any cedar planks that were going bad or damaged. I still see some split ones. Third, when they replaced the boards at my chimney, they took off some shingles of the roof and never replaced them (see last picture). I attempted to call him back and I get no response. My sister in law called him about the gutter falling and he told her that he would charge her more money to fix what he caused.

I am so happy with the way Diaz remodeling upgraded my bathroom! It was so outdated but now it's such a pleasure to walk into.I highly recommend them!!
