This is a review on their heating and cooling service ONLY! We called for an estimate in the summer. They came out. Gave an estimate well over the other estimates we have gotten and also said if we wanted a 3ton system we needed "extra" work done. Nobody else has said that we needed it done and that our home was built for a 3ton system. We passed. Now it's the beginning of fall. We decided to wait... HD called me and wanted to came back out to give another estimate. They said they would send a different person to evaluate my home and would give three different estimates. They called to give me the on my WY call and it's the SAME PERSON we dealt with last time!! Why would I want to deal with this again if nothing will change. come on HD!!! I canceled the appointment!!
