They charged me a $75 diagnostic fee which on their website they stated that there were no diagnostic fees. False Advertisement! They told me after the diagnostic test that there was a part that needed to replaced. I agreed to them replacing the part but I never saw the old part that needed to be replaced. The fee for replacing the part was another $200. After replacing the part the technician told me that I needed Freon. That cost an additional $72 which I agreed on the price to have a pound of Freon put in my ac unit. The AC started to work again and I was very happy! 2 weeks later the AC unit shut down again. Currently, I’m sitting in my house where it’s 89 degrees in my home due to this company not fixing my unit as promised. I called to explain the situation and a young lady with a very bad attitude told me that the problem was that I didn’t have enough Freon. I asked how could that be true when I was told that a pound of Freon can last up to 6 months -1year. Her response was that there was a leak in the AC unit. I asked if this is true why didn’t your technician inform me the first time I was charged a diagnostic fee there was a leak? The representative told me they wouldn’t know what the problem was until I replaced the part. I told her I paid to have the part replaced, so why wasn’t I informed upfront so the job could be done correctly. Her response was I’m not arguing with you! She stated go somewhere else and get the job done! I asked why would I call someone else when I’ve just spent a total $400 for a job that was never completed. The representative once more told me to find another company to figure out the problem. I feel as if I was taken advantage of and I wasted $400 on a service that was never performed correctly. The customer service was horrible! The representative was rude! And I feel as if I was out robbed of my hard earned money. If this is not resolved I will report your company to the Attorney General for the following: false advertisement, falsely stating the diagnoses, stealing, and very poor customer service!
Super friendly and fast! Just needed a service since I am selling my house and the service man, Tommy was extremely nice and very helpful. He took the time to explain the things he was doing through the whole process. He even got along with my dogs. Loved my experience and HIGHLY recommend.- View More Reviews
