HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had contacted three other companies to get a quote prior to Tree Amigos but got nothing but the run around. I submitted a request for quote via the Tree Amigos website on a Saturday and received a phone call within two minutes! I really didn't expect to hear back until Monday but yet I had a detailed quote including pictures by the end of the weekend! Shane listened carefully to my needs; kept my goals and budget in mind when designing a plan for me. He gave me some options and then gave me the time to think about it and make a decision. I chose to do the work in stages as I have 12+ trees to remove but did not want to finance the work. He worked with me to prioritize the trees to take down first. Shane & his team were punctual and professional. I live out of state from my property they were working on so I was notified each day when they showed up for work, when they left, and was sent pictures of their progress. All expectations were met and I am very pleased with the quality of work and the price. I will definitely be calling them back when I'm ready for the next bit of work!

We had two dead pine trees in our yard in need of removal. I emailed them via their webpage & Shane emailed me back the same day. He came out two days later, on a Sunday in the pouring rain, to look at the trees and give an estimate. Tree removal is expensive, but his prices were very reasonable. We told him we wanted to schedule with him to have the trees removed, and he bumped us to the front of the line because the trees were dead, making them a danger. He came out to set up Tuesday afternoon, leaving our yard looking just as it had when he got here, and early this AM, he came by to remove the trees. The equipment he uses is so quiet that my kids and dog slept through most of the tree removal. He also cut down a rotting stump and trimmed the dead branches off of two other pine trees without us asking and without additional cost. Before he left, he went through our yard with my husband to point out any trees to be on the lookout for, hauled away the cut trees and limbs, and cleaned the yard up so that it looks exactly like it did when he got here, minus two dead trees, a rotting tree stump, and a few dead branches. If we ever need tree removal again, we will definitely call Shane @ Tree Amigos of America. And no, I was not compensated for this review in any way. Their work is just that good.
