Horrible Customer Service. I was told a pool serviceman would come out to check out my pool and he never showed or bothered to call back to reschedule. I called multiple times just to make sure someone was coming out and I was told yes. I was even told that the rep was on their way out to me which was about 15 minutes from my home. Two hours later and a No-Show. Store closed and still nothing. I should have listened to the old google reviews.
