Orkin came out and had the best and most knowledgeable technician service our house. While the small ants we were fighting disappeared from the kitchen, they are now in full force in both bathrooms upstairs. I have not seen a decline in other pests, and Orkin was supposed to call after 2 weeks to check in and came out again after a month. They have not called, come back, or serviced our home again while we have still had issues. I haven't had the chance to call until today, but the fact that it's been 2 months with no follow up is a bit absurd with such a large-name company. I paid the extra bucks for a reputable company but see that was ill-placed faith.
