When wanting to cancel lady on the phone wanted sent a blank signature. When asked for an actual form stating not to withdraw from account ever again and to permanently cancel, she then quickly stated these actions can be only made face to face. Fishy fishy. Now have the same coversge plus roadside for $56 a month and an email stating each months bill with exact amounts to the cent. PROFESSIONAL. This agent is not.
