I would strongly recommend Prefer for HVAC installation and service. I moved into my current house early this year and hired Prefer to service the system as the system was initially installed by them, the technician is very professional and helped me locate a diffuser disconnection issue within the roof. When changing the filter, they found out the filter cabinet was hard to open and they even voluntarily came back and replace the entire filter cabinet for me. This is a company run by trustworthy people and they take ownership of their work.

Everybody was very helpful and so nice. It was refreshing to have a helpful team! Highly recommend them. The tech that came to the house was very professional and helpful!
