I hired Champion to redo a whole house conversion that I initially hired another company to do. The other company did some things that seemed questionable, so I asked Champion to take a look and advise if they had any concerns. They came out the next day and immediately identified the issues that I suspected were problematic, and identified several more that I hadn’t found. They provided two options; a price to repair and complete the work that the other company did and hope for the best, and a price to start anew and know that everything was done right. I had them redo all the work and am very happy with the result. There was a discernible difference in quality of work from the initial company and Champion. All of Champion’s ductwork was tidy, well insulated, and terminated properly, they took time to identify the proper thermostat locations, kept me in the loop during the process, and stuck to the timeline they quoted. I am happy to recommend Champion for HVAC needs and will use them again should the need arise.
