    The facility is being upgraded. It is now "The Rock" and they have an opening special that was great. Water aerobics is good, but the differing instructors vary widely in technique so it is hard to get a rhythm.

    The gym is changing name it's already great it's gone be even better I love this place there rehabilitation help me when I thought I would never make it
