Great job! A tension spring on our garage door broke, trapping our two cars inside the garage. I contacted Chris Boss late on 14 May 2019 and he said he could come by the following morning. He called me at 1004 this morning, 15 May, to let me know he was coming and was here by 1045. He was able to replace both the broken spring and the other older torsion spring in an efficient and professional manner, finishing the job in less than 2 hours. His charge was fair and less expensive than the internet stated I should expect the charge to be. He took extra care to adhere to safety standards and was thorough in inspecting the whole door and the opening motor. He lubricated the tracks and the new springs and advised me as to recommended lubrication procedures and schedules. I highly recommend him and his company without reservation.
