We had such a great experience at Happy Tails. We were visiting from out of state and needed to board our baby. I didn't realize they are by appointment only, but once we explained our situation to the staff, they were so accommodating to us. I'm typically very nervous and picky on who I leave my dog with. But I felt so comfortable leaving our baby in their care. He had a good time too! Thank you to the Staff at Happy Tails for being so understanding and accommodating to us. You helped us in making our vacation memorable!

King absolutely loves going to Happy Trails! As soon as we turn the corner, he starts whining with excitement! I was very impressed that from day one, the staff recognized me and knew King without me helping them know who I was picking up/dropping off. The owner was very detailed, open, and honest with me during my dog's evaluation on what is and is not acceptable behavior from the dogs in the program. The video stream is a nice way to watch and see how your dog is doing during the day and I can happily say that there is always sufficient staff monitoring the dogs and they diffuse any possible situations carefully and efficiently. This place has been a game changer for me. A tired dog is a well behaved and happy dog! Thanks, Happy Trails! Edited to add: I have now started to bring my other two dogs to Happy Trails and they all love it! I wish I had found this place ages ago!
