    Just bought a washing machine lid switch from his business. I went on my lunch break. The part is still in my car. I received a call from my husband saying that's not the problem. So I called back, 3 hours later to see if I could return for a refund. It's still sealed and hadn't left my car. Tim said no, I don't return anything. I informed him I've bought from him in the past and I haven't even been home with the part. He still said no. Really??? How do you get away with that. The part is still new. So I'm stuck with a part that I can't return. I will never do business with him again. Amazon from now on. It would have also been 15 bucks cheaper online. Trying to buy local. Very upsetting.
